Reporting to the Tribe Tech Lead, you will join a squad of 8 individuals, all deeply committed to teamwork and passionate about new technologies and the Customer Relationship world.

You will work closely with numerous teams (Business, Product, Tech) to achieve the ambitious objectives of the Customer Services Roadmap, ensuring the construction of a "best in class" digital platform: modern, secure, high-performing, automated, and of high quality.

Your role will be to:

  • Support the Feature Team in resolving any technical issues encountered.
  • Serve as the entry point for all IT teams (e.g., Security, Operations,...).
  • Be responsible for the product architecture, following the technical framework provided by the Tribe's solution architect.
  • Contribute to the high-level estimation of Roadmap developments.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to align the Roadmap with the product's technical strategy, considering priorities.
  • Ensure the technical quality of the product: in terms of architectural requirements, performance, resilience, security,...
  • Ensure the quality of development carried out by the feature team, through impact analysis monitoring, technical implementation choices for new user stories, code reviews, adherence to Accor standards and processes, and achievement of technical KPIs (Sonar, Jira,...).
  • Implement best practices around CI/CD, DevOps (continuous improvement, continuous deployment,...).
  • Establish a continuous improvement plan.
  • Define, in collaboration with the team, the Tech Roadmap.

Qualifications

And you?

You have at least 8 years of experience in software development.

You have at least 2 years of experience on the Salesforce.com platform and Service Cloud.

  • Design and development of high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code according to Salesforce best practices.
  • Development of Lightning components as well as Lightning design development.
  • Apex development, Visualforce, triggers, custom logic, interfaces, flow automations, API connections, and security within Salesforce.
  • Salesforce administration, system security, role and profile management, data management.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud and Lightning implementation.
  • You have experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • You can manage all development environments and the deployment process up to production.
  • You have good knowledge of relational databases (SOQL).
  • You have experience in implementing the AGILE methodology and using the JIRA tool.

You are comfortable in both French AND English (all deliverables are in English, some presentations are oral).

Ideally, you hold certifications:

  • Platform App Builder
  • Platform Developer 1
  • Any other Salesforce certification would be an asset (Certified Data Architect, Certified Platform Developer 2).

If you have had the opportunity to develop with Talend, we occasionally do so as well.
