Are you a sales rockstar with a flair for the extraordinary? Do you have a passion for the luxury segment and a keen interest in the Indian market? Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth in the wedding and luxury travel sectors.


- Develop and implement sales strategies to target the Indian market, specifically focusing on wedding planners and luxury travel agencies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry to drive partnerships and collaborations.

- Identify new business opportunities and create tailored proposals to meet the unique needs of clients in the wedding and luxury travel segments.

- Represent Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our offerings to potential clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and travel experiences, exceeding client expectations every time.



- Proven experience in sales within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably in the wedding or travel segment.

- Strong understanding of the Indian market and cultural nuances, with a track record of successful business development.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
