Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, driven, and people‑focused Proactive Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in elevating our commercial success. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, build strong client relationships, and love leading high‑performing teams, this could be your next great step. 

Key Responsabilities:

  • Prospect new opportunities via client meetings, networking, and industry events
  • Oversee RFP and RFI processes, securing key corporate partnerships
  • Manage a portfolio of business accounts, ensuring relationship development, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Support in-house marketing activities to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Meet and exceed sales KPIs, revenue targets, and client activity expectations.
  • Support, lead and manage sales and reservations team.

 


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of hotel active sales experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
