Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Chennai, India. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet individual and team goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local and regional markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely resolution of issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Professional integrity and commitment to high ethical standards
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
