Job Description

About the role:

As our Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance across corporate, leisure, and business group segments. This is a community-focused role, so we’re seeking someone with a warm personality who can continue building strong local connections while expanding our reach.

What you will be doing:

  • Actively manage and grow key market segments to maximise revenue and profitability in line with commercial goals
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and community partners
  • Provide leadership and direction to the hotel sales team

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hotel sales role
  • Proven success in leading a team to achieve sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and networking skills
  • Ability to execute sales strategies at a property level
