Job Description

Your Role: As a Sales Manager, you'll spearhead the establishment of our newest sales location in Manly, NSW, leading the charge in building a dynamic team from the ground up. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Building: Drive the recruitment, training, and empowerment of your sales team to deliver exceptional service and achieve outstanding results in our new location.
  • Leadership: Provide clear direction, effective management, and inspirational leadership to your team, cultivating a culture of success right from the outset.
  • Coaching and Development: Utilize your wealth of knowledge and experience to coach, mentor, and continuously develop your team members, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • Performance Excellence: Motivate and guide your team to consistently surpass monthly targets and KPIs, setting a high standard for success.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to ASIC and company policies and procedures, upholding impeccable standards as we establish our presence in Manly.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with corporate offices and sales sites, facilitating effective collaboration across departments to ensure our success.


Experience and Skills: To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Sales Mastery: Demonstrated leadership experience in sales, with a minimum of 2+ years, encompassing people management and objection handling.
  • Holiday Ownership Expertise: Previous experience in timeshare or holiday ownership is vital for success in this role.
  • Closing Powerhouse: Proven ability to close sales and master negotiation techniques, driving results even in challenging scenarios.
  • Coaching Excellence: Experience in training, motivating, and inspiring individuals to achieve and surpass KPIs.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and administrative abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Dynamic and flexible approach to operations, thriving in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving circumstances.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in comprehensive reporting, computer skills, and administrative tasks is essential.
