Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team in the Bengaluru region. Based in Mysuru, India, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in one of India's most vibrant business hubs.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the Bengaluru region
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to maximize their potential and drive results
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Bengaluru business community
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
  • Create and present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Continuously monitor and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Travel regularly within the Bengaluru region to meet clients, attend industry events, and support the sales team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
  • Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru region's business landscape and market trends
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales forecasting tools
  • Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Bengaluru region
  • Sales management certifications are preferred but not required
