Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Group) to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, driving group sales, and achieving revenue targets.

  • Identify and pursue new group sales opportunities within the corporate sector
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts
  • Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to generate new leads
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in group or corporate accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of group sales strategies and corporate purchasing processes
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
  • Sales certifications are preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
