Job Description

  • Perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing team 
  • Prepare sales related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders)
  • Promote brand awareness internally and externally
  • Utilize sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty to the Hotel
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify information (e.g. commissions, leads, third parties) into systems involved in the sales process
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers and communicate with them via phone and email to respond to questions and requests
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer the phone using proper protocol. 
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
  • Attend all briefings, meetings and training courses assigned by the company management.

Qualifications

  • Certificate of studies in Hotel Management.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written), second language (valued).
  • To have previous experience related to clients (it is valued).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications.
  • Have knowledge of OPERA software. 
  • Possess strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Be highly responsible and discreet.
  • Have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus your attention on the needs of the customer, while remaining calm and courteous.
