Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our sales team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers, Qatar. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, coordinating group arrangements, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and various departments.

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel features, services, and operations
  • Handle incoming inquiries professionally and efficiently, using proper telephone etiquette
  • Coordinate all group arrangements and facilitate program planning with clients
  • Communicate group needs and specifications to relevant departments
  • Maintain accurate client records and profiles
  • Organize and conduct regular client visits according to predetermined plans
  • Prepare monthly schedules and reports detailing sales activities and customer call analyses
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities, including pricing and services offered
  • Assist in identifying prospective customers through analysis of historical and statistical information
  • Support the sales team in various administrative tasks and special projects as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Fluency in English;
