Job Description

·  Handle all incoming calls, emails, and messages from guests, providing exceptional service and assistance in Arabic and English.

·  Assist with room reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.

·  Address and fulfill guest requests and inquiries promptly, including special arrangements, amenities, and services.

·  Resolve any guest issues or concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring guest satisfaction.

·  Offer detailed information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and travel arrangements.

·  Liaise with other departments to coordinate guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.

·  Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and special requests in the system.


Qualifications

·Minimum experience of 2 years in the same role.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Arabic, additional language is an advantage.

·Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

·Flexible working hours
