Ibis Melbourne Glen Waverley is situated 25 minutes east of Melbourne CBD and it offers 155 rooms, Ibis Kitchen & Bar, and 4 flexible meeting rooms catering from 4 delegates up to 120 delegates. Our hotel is the gateway to the magnificent Dandenong Ranges, Yarra Valley Food & Wine District, the Mornington Peninsula and Phillip Island.

We are searching for passionate, energetic, and guest‑focused individuals to join our dedicated Housekeeping team. If you take pride in creating welcoming, spotless spaces and love being part of the hospitality industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering the exceptional guest experience ibis is known for. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning guest rooms; including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors to the hotel's standards for guest arrivals
• Replenishing and correctly storing towels, linen, and guest amenities.
• Identifying and conducting basic maintenance tasks, and reporting major maintenance issues.
• Using cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly in line with hotel procedures.
• Maintaining exceptional levels of presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness across the property.

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or similar role (preferred but not essential).
• A warm, customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
• Good communication and time‑management skills.
• A positive, friendly personality and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays
