Job Description

•Ensure superior luxury service quality and experience at all times..

•Promote consistency, transparency, creativity and service professionalism – to elevate the restaurant to new heights in persuit of Michelin star status. 

•Retain an open mind focused on perfection and innovation. Run a busy operation while coaching, training and elevating service standards. Demonstrate caring and tenacity. Possess at least a WSET 2.


Qualifications

•Bachelor degree required.           

•More than 3 years experience in a similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining Michelin level restaurants.

•Asian experience preferred. Customer centric with superior communication skills, strong leadership and solid motivational ability. Dynamic and creative. 

•Excellent English essential – French and other languages are a benefit.

•Demonstrated knowledge of high end western cuisine - superior wine knowledge is a plus
