Job Description

Restaurant & In-Room Dining Manager/Assistant Manager

What you will be doing:

  • Reporting to the Assistant Director of F&B, oversee daily operations of the hotel restaurant and in-room dining service.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high hospitality standards.
  • Lead, train, and schedule Heartists to deliver efficient operations.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments.
  • Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
  • Support revenue performance and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an international brand. Remote area work experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Professional, excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and administration skills.
  • Experienced in managing ADD and IRD sections, maintaining quality and safety standards, ensuring guest experience is beyond expectations.
  • Creative in organizing events, ability to control budget and inventory, understands MICROS and up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Flexible with working hours and ability to work with tight deadlines and high-pressure environment.
  • Physical ability to lift moderate weight, stand and walk for extended periods.
