Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservations Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a key member of our hospitality management team, you will oversee the daily operations of our reservation department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximizing revenue through efficient booking processes.

  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the reservation department
  • Train, mentor, and lead a team of reservation agents to maintain high service standards
  • Implement and monitor reservation policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Analyze booking trends and occupancy rates to optimize revenue and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Handle complex reservation inquiries and resolve guest issues promptly
  • Generate and analyze reports on reservation performance and key metrics
  • Stay updated on local and international hospitality trends to maintain a competitive edge
  • Ensure compliance with Iraqi hospitality regulations and standards
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall hotel operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase bookings and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel reservations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role
  • In-depth understanding of hotel operations and reservation management systems
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills highly preferred
  • Knowledge of local hospitality market trends in Baghdad and Iraq
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
