Job Description

  • Lead the reservation team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
  • Manage all aspects of the reservation process, including phone, internet, and email bookings
  • Implement and maintain policies to optimize room sales and occupancy rates
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience and streamline operations
  • Monitor reservation trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making
  • Handle complex inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in hospitality, preferably in reservations management
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills with ability to motivate a team
  • Advanced proficiency in reservation software and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills in English
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of revenue management and industry best practices a plus
