Reservations Sales Agent

The ideal candidate we are looking for is an individual who has the capacity to:

• Provide professional, friendly support and go the extra mile for guests and clients.
• Manage bookings accurately, maximize occupancy, and resolve inquiries confidently.
• Upsell rooms and services while promoting loyalty programs and brand standards.
• Communicate guest needs effectively, maintain attention to detail, and use Opera PMS.

• 1–2 years experience in hotel reservations (Opera/Opera Cloud preferred).
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, staying calm under pressure.
• Passion for customer service, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
