At 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin we are particularly proud of that fact that, in addition to many international guests, we also count local Berlin residents amongst our visitors. The monthly events with cool, eccentric, and sometimes famous acts are also popular with our colleagues. In close proximity to our urban jungle you’ll find many public transport links. Lunchtimes are usually spent together in our canteen, or sometimes we go shopping at the Bikini mall - complete with discounts. In this way, a few friendships blossom from our young team.

From the friendly and competent advice to the "booking completed": With 20 colleagues, our reservation team ensures that guests are happy from the first to the last moment. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the Reservation Team as Reservation Agent (m/f/d).
How does your working day look like...
- You will answer all incoming calls and forward them if necessary, you will also process e-mails.
- You process and manage the restaurant NENI reservations
- You will perform various administrative tasks as a support for the receptionists
- You will process the Tripadvisor comments
- You always have the overview, even when everyone is calling at the same time and the wires are glowing
Your personality counts more than your CV...
- You have gained professional experience and speak fluent English and German
- You can inspire your colleagues as well as your guests. In addition, you know your way around Berlin and always have tips for the scene up your sleeve.
- You are a doer - and openly admit when you have done something wrong
- You bring not only your skills, but also your character to the table
- You can communicate charmingly even when things get tricky
