Join our Room Reservations team at the iconic Castle in the Rockies where world-class service meets the stunning beauty of the Canadian Rockies.

    As a Room Reservations Agent, you are the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every booking is handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally while helping create memorable experiences.

    Starting Rate: $19.59 per hour

    We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $24.93.

    Job Duties Include:  

    • Consistently offer professional, engaging, and proactive service in all guest interactions
    • Handle room reservations for leisure, group, and tour guests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
    • Produce and audit daily reservation reports, maintaining up-to-date guest and booking information
    • Communicate promptly and courteously with guests and clients via email and telephone, including monitoring Reservations voicemail
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Front Office, and Accounting teams to ensure all guest expectations are met or exceeded
    • Support other Reservations segments (Leisure, Tour, Group) as needed
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the department

    Qualifications

    Your Skills & Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a reservations or sales environment is an asset
    • A commitment of at least one year to the role
    • Proficiency with Opera Property Management System (PMS) and Central Reservations System (CRS) is preferred
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
    • Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends, and the ability to sit for extended periods
