Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Reservation Associate to join our dynamic team in Mysuru, India. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our reservations operation, delivering exceptional customer service while maximizing booking opportunities and revenue. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills, empathy, and commitment to customer satisfaction will directly impact our success.   • Process and manage reservations efficiently through our reservation system while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing clear information and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Maximize revenue opportunities by analyzing booking patterns, suggesting appropriate room types, and identifying upselling possibilities
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized reservation records, ensuring all customer information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and management teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency
  • Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, working toward mutually beneficial resolutions
  • Manage multiple reservations simultaneously while maintaining composure and delivering consistent quality service
  • Analyze reservation data to identify trends and provide transparent feedback to management for continuous improvement
  • Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and peak booking periods while maintaining service excellence
  • Support team members and contribute to a supportive, inclusive work environment

Qualifications

**Required Skills and Experience:**

  • Guest-focused personality with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with computer systems and reservation management software
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisive, transparent decisions
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification

**Preferred Skills and Experience:**

  • Previous experience in a reservation, hospitality, or customer service role
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Experience with revenue management principles
  • Knowledge of the hospitality or travel industry
  • Multilingual capabilities
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret booking data and trends
