Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our guests and clients.

  • Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures for guests and visitors
  • Address inquiries and provide prompt solutions to client needs
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
  • Process and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Assist with basic office management duties
  • Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in front office operations or customer service preferred
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client satisfaction
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of local business etiquette and cultural norms
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
