Job Description

Located in the Heart of London, Mercure London Bridge hotel, it's looking for you to bring your sparking personality and social skills in the position of Reception Manager.

As our next Reception Manager you..

Are a sparkling, upbeat personality able to quickly build rapport in a fast-paced environment.

Will have autonomy over the day to day management of the Front office department in terms of rota’s, team recruitment and purchases whilst, together with the Front Office Manager , you will address guest complaints and provide solutions;

Making the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience.

With an open attitude, you will motivate and inspire the front office team to provide high quality services for your guests. All this comes quite naturally as you are confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.

We would love you to be pro-active, curious, creative and have a great sense of humor.

You enjoy learning yourself whilst developing and teaching the members of your team.

As a member of the hotel’s management team, you will participate to management meetings and carry out Duty Management shifts accordingly.
