Job Description

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
  • Inspect received items for damage or discrepancies and report any issues
  • Update inventory records using our management system
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom and storage areas
  • Assist with stock rotation and ensure proper storage of all items
  • Prepare and pack outgoing shipments
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Provide support to other departments as needed
  • Assist customers with inquiries and product locations when required
  • Adhere to HACCP procedures and policies to ensure food safety

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Accounting / Finance
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
  • Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant accounting systems
  • Good communication skills
  • Service oriented with an eye for details
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
