Job Description

  • Manages the receipt, inspection, and documentation of all hotel deliveries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Goods Receipt: Inspect and verify deliveries against purchase orders; report discrepancies and damages.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records and organize received goods; assist with inventory counts.
  • Documentation: Prepare and process receiving reports and related paperwork.
  • Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery issues and schedules.
  • Compliance: Follow health, safety, and hotel policies during goods handling.
  • Collaboration: Work with purchasing and operations teams to ensure smooth logistics.
  • Qualifications:

 


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics or related field is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement or logistics, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with inventory management software.
  • Good communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items and work in various conditions.
