We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise with a proven ability to optimise purchasing processes, manage suppliers, and drive cost-efficiency across the organisation. This role requires a proactive leader who can develop procurement strategies, enhance supplier performance, and ensure smooth end‑to‑end purchasing operations.


Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all procurement activities using purchasing softwear, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, purchasing workflows, and approval processes
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that support operational needs and organisational goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms
  • Analyse purchasing data, monitor trends, and propose cost‑saving initiatives
  • Manage supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and ensure SLAs are met
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to forecast needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
  • Coach and mentor procurement team members to achieve high performance
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and systems

Qualifications

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of procurement experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • Hands-on experience with FutureLog is preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and vendor management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with additional ERP systems is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
