Public Area Supervisor

We are looking for a Public Area Supervisor to join the pre-opening of SLS The Red Sea.

Ennismore, with its luxury brand SLS Hotels, is currently opening a magnificent project in the oasis that is The Red Sea. SLS The Red Sea is planned to open in 2025.

Introducing the newest gem of dazzling luxury to reach The Red Sea project: resort offers 150 luxurious keys, complemented by an impressive array of 7 distinct Food & Beverage outlets and a rejuvenating spa sanctuary. We are seeking a professional and organized Public Area Supervisor to join our team at SLS The Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of all public areas within our facility, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for guests and staff.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of public area cleaning staff
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Conduct regular inspections of public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
• Train new staff members on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
• Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns related to public areas
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Implement and maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations
• Prepare reports on cleaning operations, staff performance, and areas for improvement
• Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction

• 3-5 years of experience in hospitality or facility management
• Previous supervisory experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in inventory management systems
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Understanding of hospitality industry standards
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Certifications in safety and sanitation (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to walk and stand for extended periods

• Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
