Within Accor Tech, the Product Owner Onestream is responsible, from a technological standpoint, for the entire lifecycle of EPM solutions, focusing on consolidation, reporting, and management control applications. This includes architecture, technical design, execution, and construction, whether these activities are managed internally or outsourced.

As a Product Owner Onestream, you ensures that the applications evolve to meet changing needs and incorporate technological advancements.

Your mission:

• Maintaining OneStream EPM solutions, ensuring they adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements.

• Managing a team of developers and functional teams, including goal setting, code reviews, and providing mentoring and guidance.

• Managing integrations and ensuring scalability, security, performance, and system reliability.

• Overseeing hosting and managing third-party technical providers.

• Supervising and managing maintenance and user support at all levels (L1, L2, L3).

• Ensuring platform security and compliance (Privacy Policy, GDPR).

• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

• Leading technical discussions and developing plans to improve the quality of the Accor solution, system design, and development processes.

• Establishing and overseeing the product development lifecycle, including gathering requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Maintaining a practical approach to software architecture, design, and programming.

• Constantly monitoring new technological trends and best practices, and integrating them into the design and development of new systems and features.

• Troubleshooting issues and anomalies in development, testing, and production environments.

• Defining project roadmaps to ensure scalability, consistent performance levels, and solution sustainability.

• Collaborating with business process owners and other stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment with strategy and projects (construction) during execution.

• Leading OneStream projects (planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technical projects).


Qualifications

And you?:

If you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in systems consolidation, group reporting, and management control, then this position is for you !

We are looking for a profile with a strong understanding of FP&A process maintenance and financial consolidation across multiple applications.

But also a very strong knowledge of IT processes (incident, problem, and change management) and financial processes (general ledger, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, planning, etc.).

If you have a proven track record in managing application teams across various projects, proficiency in OneStream software, and a solid understanding of EPM tools and business intelligence infrastructures, then don't hesitate any longer and apply!
