Portfolio Marketing Manager

We are on the lookout for a performance and goal-oriented Marketing professional to join our portfolio team in supporting a group of 4 key Accor hotels in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane across 3 brands Pullman, Novotel and Mercure. 

This role will have complete ownership of the Marketing initiative for 4 Hotels and have the ability to break away from the office and spend time at each hotel, carefully curating and bringing to life guest activations. 

In this role you will be doing;

• Creating, managing and overseeing all hotel activations
• Driving hotel activations, promotions and campaigns across our social  media platforms with our guests and local community
• Assisting the hotel teams and being a leader in the acquisition of business opportunities.
• Creating Marketing plans and strategies including online Meta understandings and where applicable working closely with Corporate Office.
• Online live C to B communication
• Developing and managing a small, highly creative team of marketing professionals.
• Managing multiple tasks across a varied business units in different states
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset combining both Local and interstate team coordination

• You have experience & proven success in establishing and executing the Marketing Strategy.
• The ability to influence the senior leadership team on concepts, vision and direction of the marketing department.
• You will be proactive and driven with strong leadership qualities and an ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
