Portfolio Group Reservations Manager

As our Portfolio Group Reservations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of group bookings for our Portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling contracted group reservations, from receipt of inquiry, correspondence and any required follow up
• Obtaining rooming lists & facilitating a smooth handover between client & hotel management
• Leading and supporting our Group Reservation Coordinators in their daily tasks, empowering them to excel in their roles
• Ensuring accurate data entry and reporting using hotel systems.
• Working closely with our sales and revenue teams to identify group business opportunities
• Staying up to date with and promoting the ALL Live Limitless loyalty program

We seek a candidate who combines enthusiasm with attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous group reservations experience in the Hotel industry
• A passion for leading people and service-oriented mindset
• Confident, clear & engaging communication, relationship & networking skills
• A high level of organisational & prioritisation skills
• A proactive, solution-focused approach
• Full valid Australian working rights
• The availability to work 38 hours per week
