Job Description

  • Welcome our guests with a warm smile and set the tone for an exceptional stay at Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport.
  • Assist guests with their luggage during check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Collaborate with the Head Concierge and our Welcomers to ensure guests feel at home, handling their belongings with the utmost care.
  • Keep the lobby and foyer area immaculate, conducting regular checks to ensure it’s always clean and presentable.
  • Park and retrieve guests' cars with care, enhancing their convenience and comfort (where applicable).
  • Ensure timely and efficient collection and delivery of guest luggage, providing top-notch service throughout their stay.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including late-night shifts and weekends, ensuring seamless service at all times.

Qualifications

You will be:

  • Experienced in Front Office or a Porter/Concierge role (preferred but not essential)
  • Assisting guests with valet parking (a Full Driver's License is required)
  • Dedicated to ensuring every guest has a memorable and satisfactory experience
  • Committed to providing a warm welcome upon arrival and farewell at check-out, meeting all guest needs
  • Approachable, proactive, able to multitask, and physically capable of handling guest luggage with care
  • Comfortable lifting and carrying guest luggage throughout your shift. (You don’t need to be Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, but physical strength and endurance are essential!)
