Overlooking the scenic South China Sea, an hour away by ferry from Singapore, Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon will introduce Swiss-inspired hospitality to Bintan in celebration of Mövenpick's rich culinary legacy. The resort is set to be the new beach getaway destination for all generations with standout facilities, including 420 rooms & suites, two golf course, three lagoon swimming pools, unique restaurant concepts, a two-storey beach club, spacious event spaces. Wellness will also be an integral part of the resort experience, with a vast wellness and recreation village that will feature a gym, a spa, and Kid Club.
- The Hotel Harbor / Port Representative plays an important role in providing a good experience to guests from the beginning by creating a seamless, memorable and safe experience for all guest upon arrival at the port, during stay and when guest depart from the hotel.
- Assist guests with the embarkation and disembarkation process. Picking up guests at the port and assisting them with the check-in and baggage process.
- Arrange guest transportation from the port to the hotel and vice versa.
- Provide information about the hotel, facilities, and services to guests.
- Handle problems faced by guests during the trip, such as delays or lost luggage.
- Coordinate with the hotel to ensure that guests are well received and their needs are met.
