Plumber

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
• Follow building plans and blueprints.
• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as required.
• Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Maintain accurate records of job orders, work descriptions, and materials used.
• Respond and attend to guest room maintenance requests.
• Understand and operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems
• Check for new maintenance requests from the Message box and update remarks once the task is completed
• Perform maintenance activities in the guest room like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, and repairing all types of hardware,  and electrical equipment including lamps, air conditioners / HVAC, and AC ducts.
• Perform Domestic water and pool water daily chemical tests and ensure the chemical levels are in line with DM standards.
• Perform Shower head disinfection Job in guest rooms and update record.
• Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment.
• To clean, lubricate, protect, and otherwise maintain all tools and equipment in the hotel.
• To be available for any emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to protect guests and associates and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency.

▪ Working in the same capacity preferably in 4* or 5* Hotels with UAE Experience.

▪ Good communication and customer contact skills; good problem-resolution skills

▪ Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus

▪ Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
