Job Description

This job description outlines a hospitality role focused on delivering high-standard guest service, ensuring the proper use and safety of service equipment, and promoting strong teamwork. The employee is expected to communicate effectively, be knowledgeable about products, and manage the service process in line with hotel standards. Attention to hygiene, organization, and professional appearance is also essential at all times.


Qualifications

  • Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse, dynamic team
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language 
  • Ensure guests receive the prompt, courteous and helpful attention they require
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets and hotel services/features 
  • Complete knowledge of menus and wine lists, and up-to-date information about specialties and menus
  • Ensure that answer phone calls promptly and efficiently, using correct greeting per phone        standard
  • arry out correct order-taking procedures with recommendations to the guest as per brand,LQA and Forbes standard.
  • To control & maintain delivery timing within Hotel standard
