At the Pullman Melbourne on the Park, we are seeking a dynamic people person who has a keen eye for detail to join our Front Office Team as Night Supervisor on a Full-Time basis.

You will (but not limited to):

• Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure.
• Offer and maintain highest level of customer service to the guests at all times.
• Carry out tasks as specified by the Night Manager. 
• Assist the Night Manager in preparing all overnight reports & cross checking and balancing of daily transactions for all outlets.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide precise, helpful information.
• Ensure safety of all guests and employees and coordinate with other hotel departments for any maintenance or emergency needs.
• Monitor security and safety protocols, including surveillance systems and building access.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff during the night shift.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Have a good level of computer literacy - Excel and Opera.
• Be analytical and possess an eye for detail.
• Able to maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
• Strong guest centric mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts.
• Must have previous experience in a similar role.
