Night Receptionist (2 days)

Your night as a Night Receptionist
Together with your Front Office colleagues, you ensure that our guests have a pleasant stay. This includes helping guests with questions and checking them in and out. The team you will work with is young, social, and spontaneous. As a night receptionist, you will work the night shift (11 pm - 7 am). You are an important link between the evening and morning shifts, ensuring a smooth administrative transition. Additionally, you are the point of contact for our guests during the night. 

We are looking for someone with passion for hospitality, someone who is enthusiastic, outgoing and has an eye for detail. Additionally, you:

• Have (preferably) experience in the Front Office;
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably also Dutch;
• You are flexible for two days per week and open to also work an evening shift;
• You have experience with PMS Opera/ Opera Cloud or similar systems.
