Job Description

We’re looking for a seasoned Night Manager to lead our operation during the overnight shift. In this key role, you will oversee nightly operations, manage guest relations, and ensure the safety and security of the hotel. Your leadership will be key to maintaining smooth operations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment for your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee nightly hotel operations and ensure departmental efficiency.
  • Manage guest relations and resolve complaints or issues during the night shift.
  • Conduct night audits and verify the accuracy of financial transactions and reports.
  • Safeguard the safety and security of guests and staff through regular property checks.
  • Provide exceptional service and timely responses to guest inquiries.
  • Manage emergency situations, such as medical issues, fire alarms, or security concerns.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven business acumen, with the ability to make informed decisions and understand commercial impact.
  • Adaptable and able to respond effectively to change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse guests and team members.
  • Willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
