Job Description

 

  • Manage the Night Team to deliver high-performance standards, ensuring compliance with Hampton by Hilton brand standards and objectives
  • Oversee guest satisfaction, handle complaints, and implement measures to meet quality targets
  • Conduct staff training, including induction, health and safety, security, and behavioural aspects
  • Serve as Manager on Duty during night shift, maintaining awareness of all hotel areas and coordinating staff and guests in emergencies
  • Perform night audits, manage financial procedures, and ensure adherence to company policies
  • Conduct regular security checks and health and safety walks, emphasising fire safety
  • Carry out reception duties as necessary, including late check-ins, early check-outs, and wake-up calls
  • Support bar operations when required and manage staff in line with business needs and costs
  • Maintain a 'hands-on' approach, creating a culture of excellent customer care both internally and externally
  • Provide a comprehensive handover to the early Duty Manager before end of shift

 


Qualifications

  • pervious working experience within a Night Manager Role in 5 Star hotel resort
  • Very Good Communication and Written Skills 
  • Multilingual - English & Russian Second language is a plus  
  •  Excellent Leadership Skills 
  • Ability to work on own as well as part of a Team
  • Customer Service Skills 
  • Proven Experience with Front Office Management Systems
