We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our hospitality team in Bodrum, Türkiye. As the Night Auditor, you will be the backbone of our hotel operations during evening and night hours, ensuring seamless guest experiences while maintaining accurate financial records and property security. This role offers the perfect opportunity for a resilient professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service when our guests need it most.

• Proven experience working as a Night Auditor or in a similar front desk/reception role within the hospitality industry
• Proficiency with hotel management software systems
• Fluent English language skills; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities for accurate financial reconciliation and cash handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high service standards
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
• Problem-solving capabilities and sound judgment in handling guest concerns and operational challenges
• Familiarity with hotel security systems and safety protocols
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and shift schedules
• Hospitality training, certification, or formal education in hotel management (preferred)
• Knowledge of Bodrum's local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues (preferred)
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Honest, transparent approach to work with a willingness to acknowledge and learn from mistakes
