As our next Night Team Member, you…

And, not entirely unimportant; you work shifts from 10:15 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. - so you can organize your free time flexibly! With the current times there could be the options to work shifts during the day - a way to increase skills and get to know our Guests better.
Are the ‘face of Mercure London Bridge’, extending a warm welcome to our guests during the night, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.

Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day.

Are an autonomous and passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.

Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to make sure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after.

You should be confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.

A little more information:

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.

To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
