Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mansion Upkeep Manager to join our organization in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our mansion facilities. You will manage a team of maintenance professionals and contractors, ensuring that all systems, structures, and amenities are maintained to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, technical knowledge of building systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

  • Oversee daily maintenance and upkeep operations of mansion facilities, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and functional
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and external contractors, providing guidance and performance feedback
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building systems and equipment
  • Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality standards
  • Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas requiring repairs or upgrades
  • Coordinate emergency repairs and respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and health standards applicable in Udaipur
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement of maintenance supplies, equipment, and services
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on facility conditions, maintenance activities, and budget performance for management review
  • Customize maintenance protocols to address the specific needs of luxury property upkeep
  • Communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding facility status and maintenance requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in facilities management, property management, or building maintenance
  • Proven experience managing large residential properties or comparable facilities
  • Demonstrated expertise in supervising and leading maintenance teams
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components
  • Proficiency in budget planning, financial management, and cost analysis
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and scheduling
  • Experience with property management software and maintenance tracking systems
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements in India
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent situations
  • Experience with vendor management and procurement
  • Preferred: Experience managing luxury or high-end residential properties
  • Preferred: Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient building practices
