Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: 

You will lead Accor’s Workplace Security Operations, ensuring the protection of employees’ digital environments and enabling them to work safely and efficiently wherever they are. Your role includes managing and supporting cybersecurity operations related to workstation security, access management, and authentication, while fostering collaboration with internal teams and partners. By aligning workplace security with business continuity and transformation goals, you will contribute to a seamless and secure user experience across the company.

Your mission: 

People management:​

• Recruit, onboard and evaluate team members​
• Provide regular feedback, drive engagement and foster a high-performance, inclusive work environment​

Budget oversight:​

• Own the team’s budget planning and execution​
• Monitor spendings across projects, tools and service contracts while ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality​

MSSP oversight and vendor management:​

• Ensure alignment between the service provided by the MSSP and Accor's needs from service quality to​ commitment​
• Provide and analyze detailed reports on MSSP activities and compare them against the commitments​ defined in the contract​
• Regularly propose improvements regarding the MSSP's performance with process improvement and​ service optimization​
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of the company's security posture​

Team roadmap and strategy:​

• Align team objectives with Accor’s technology and cybersecurity strategies​
• Define and execute a coherent roadmap integrating technical, operational and human resource priorities​
• Drive initiatives that deliver high impact and long-term value​

KPIs and operational metrics:​

• Define and monitor relevant KPIs to evaluate team performance​

And you? 

Experience : 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a​ strong focus on system and network​
• At least 3 years in a team leadership or management role,​ preferably in a multi-site or global context

Global and leadership skills : 

• Cybersecurity and Infrastructure management​
• Strategic roadmap execution​
• Cross-functional communication​
• Leadership in multicultural and diverse environments

Technical skills : 

• Deep understanding of network security principles:​ firewalls, proxies, system​
• Experience with MSSP/ vendor oversight​
• Operational performance monitoring and reporting: KPIs​ and SLAs
