  • Permanent Part Time opportunity - Minimum 20 hours per week, Mon-Fri, during business hours
  • 24th of September start date, paid training for 1 week in the Auckland CBD
  • $24.20 per hour + Kiwi Saver + Commissions + Employee Discounts
  • Work from home opportunity – post 1st week of training, in Auckland

About the Role - Loyalty Sales Consultant

As a Loyalty Sales Consultant, you will contact guests from the comfort of your home, who have stayed at an Accor hotel. Your goal is to introduce them to the Accor Plus Membership, which includes benefits such as two complimentary hotel nights, discounts on room bookings, savings on dining and ALL gold status.

Your role will directly contribute to growing the Accor Plus membership base across New Zealand.

In this role, you will:

  • Engage with guests over the phone and explain the value of membership in a clear and professional way
  • Build rapport and tailor your approach to meet guest needs
  • Achieve individual sales targets while supporting team goals
  • Represent Accor with professionalism and a customer-first attitude

About You

You enjoy speaking with people and have the confidence to build rapport quickly. You present membership benefits in a clear, engaging manner and address concerns professionally. You stay motivated by achieving sales targets and take pride in delivering great service:

You will succeed in this role if you have:

  • Able to start paid training in our Auckland CBD office on Wednesday the 24th of September from 9am to 2pm, for one week.
  • After training, available to work from home for a minimum of 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
  • Experience in either sales, hospitality, or customer service with direct customer engagement.
  • Strong communication skills, both listening and speaking.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced call environment/Previous experience working from home and the ability to stay focused and productive in a remote setting
  • Strong Wifi setup at your residence & a suitable work from home environment
