Job Description

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all residence owners and tenants, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of our property.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, water, and other refreshments with attention to detail and presentation.
  • Liaise with the Food & Beverage department to coordinate and assist with any special orders or dining requests.
  • Oversee and maintain the Cinema Room and Kids Club, ensuring these spaces are clean, functional, and enjoyable for residents.
  • Act as a knowledgeable ambassador of the hotel, sharing insights about available services and facilities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge area and all service stations throughout the day.
  • Respond promptly to requests or inquiries, ensuring that residents’ needs are anticipated and exceeded whenever possible.
  • Uphold a polished and professional demeanor, embodying the values of luxury service at all times.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards as per Dubai Municipality and hotel regulations, ensuring the safe handling, preparation, and storage of all beverages and refreshments.
  • Conduct routine inspections of lounge equipment, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all service areas, equipment, and storage spaces in line with health and safety requirements.
  • Report any potential safety hazards, maintenance issues, or health concerns promptly to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, particularly regarding health, safety, and security.

Qualifications

 

  • Previous experience in a lounge, VIP area, or hospitality-related role is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering top-tier service.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under minimal supervision.
  • Multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with basic beverage preparation and service etiquette.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards in Dubai (e.g., HACCP or other relevant certifications) is an advantage.
