Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Provide a seamless and personalized arrival experience, engaging first-time visitors and offering directions
  • Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
  • Recognize and welcome repeat guests, elite members, and VIPs
  • Offer prompt, professional, and discreet service
  • Confidently respond to guest inquiries with strong product knowledge
  • Creatively resolve incidents to turn around negative experiences
  • Remain available and proactive in guest interactions
  • Assist with hotel facilities and promotions
  • Handle cashiering and administrative duties related to lobby operations
  • Coordinate pre-arrival communications and ensure readiness
  • Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Uphold Accor values and service standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:      

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in guest relations or front office preferred
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest moments
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments
  • Thriving in fast-paced environments and love creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Tech-savvy with Opera or similar systems
  • Guest-oriented, approachable, and genuinely service-minded
