This position is responsible for the management of the Marcom team in the key areas of media coverage, collateral and publications, special events/promotions, community relations and advertising.


Job Description

As our Learning and Development Manager in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, you will design, implement, and oversee comprehensive learning programs that align with our strategic goals and enhance employee performance. Your key responsibilities include:

 

  • Develop and execute a robust learning and development strategy that supports organizational objectives and promotes continuous improvement
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules to address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and conduct regular training needs assessments
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding programs and ensure smooth integration for all new employees
  • Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and manage the learning and development budget
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees at all levels to support their professional growth
  • Stay current with the latest trends in learning and development, collaborating with external training providers when necessary

 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field with minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful learning programs, with strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, drive initiatives, and work independently while collaborating within a team
  • Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
