Join our dynamic team as a Laundry Team Member in İstanbul, Türkiye! We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented individual to contribute to our laundry operations and ensure top-notch cleanliness for our guests.

• Operate and maintain various laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and folding machines
• Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and other textiles according to established procedures
• Apply appropriate cleaning techniques for different fabric types and handle stain removal effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Manage laundry inventory and report any supply needs to the supervisor
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and textiles
• Adhere to quality control standards and inspect items for cleanliness and damage
• Assist in training new team members on laundry procedures and best practices
• Respond to special requests from guests or other departments in a timely manner

• Proficiency in operating laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and folding machines
• Knowledge of fabric care and stain removal techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service
• Prior experience in laundry operations or the hospitality industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
Additional languages are a plus.
