• Actions cleaning duties within the kitchen, food preparation areas and scullery.
• General pantry duties and maintain cleanliness of pantry, fridges and freezers.
• Assist in the preparation of food as directed by the Executive Chef or supervisory team.
• Maintain cleanliness and rotation of stock in pantry, fridge and freezers.
• Assist with the receiving and storing of stock.
• Ensure all kitchens are kept clean and tidy according to current Health & Hygiene regulations.

• Availability to work a flexible rotating roster including weekends, evenings, public holidays
• Chemical handling experience & understanding of safe work practices preferred.
• Ability to undertake the physical aspects of the role 
• The physical aspects of the role which include but are not limited to; constant standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.
