Through immersive, hands-on exposure across Reservations, Sales and Marketing, Finance, and People & Culture, this program cultivates the next generation of leaders within the Fairmont brand.
As an emerging leader, you will operate at a supervisory level, gaining experience in leading teams, influencing decisions, and delivering operational excellence—all while embodying our values and commitment to unparalleled service.
Your Impact
Reservations
You will help shape the guest journey from the very first interaction—ensuring each reservation reflects a personalized and seamless luxury experience.
- Support daily operations across Leisure, Wholesale, and Group segments
- Foster strong collaboration with Front Office, Sales, Conference Services, and Finance
- Champion revenue optimization through thoughtful upselling and product expertise
- Uphold brand standards through training, reporting accuracy, and operational excellence
Finance
You will contribute to the financial integrity that underpins every exceptional guest experience.
- Support accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Assist in budget tracking, expense analysis, and audit processes
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality across all financial activities
People & Culture
You will help create an environment where colleagues feel valued, inspired, and empowered to thrive.

Leadership Journey

Program Outcome
Upon completion, you will emerge with a well-rounded understanding of luxury hotel operations, refined leadership capabilities, and a clear pathway toward future leadership opportunities within the Fairmont brand.
Your experience and skills include:
- Diploma or Degree from a post-secondary institute
- 1-year cumulative experience in hospitality or in a related discipline, including finance, reservations, or human resources
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and cultures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and hotel systems such as Opera Cloud
- Excellent administrative, interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and resourceful, with the ability to interpret data and support operational decision-making
- Goal-orientated mindset: motivated to take on challenges, drive results, and make an impact
Salary Range: $58,376 - $65,673 USD
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining U.S. work authorization.
