Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and record in-room dining orders via phone or digital platforms promptly and accurately.

• Provide guests with detailed menu information, including specials, ingredients, and preparation times.

• Confirm orders and relay them to the kitchen or relevant departments for preparation.

• Address guest questions or concerns regarding menu items, allergies, or dietary preferences.

• Coordinate with room service delivery staff to ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.

• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.

• Document and communicate any special requests or complaints to the management team.

• Assist with billing and payment processing when necessary.

• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and promotions to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus.

• Ability to handle guest inquiries politely and efficiently.

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
