HVAC Technician

Our HVAC Technician plays a key role in ensuring safety and comfort for our guests and colleagues, performing inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installations on all refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment throughout the hotel.

Starting Pay Rate: $40.95 per hour

Job Duties Include:

• Inspect, install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment
• Responding to raised HVAC issues throughout the hotel
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring

Qualifications:

• Class B Gas Ticket through Technical Safety BC required
• Experience working with Canadian HVAC systems required
• Ability to read schematics and work with technical manuals
